Great location but all downhill from that

Stayed 3 nights was very disappointed from the arrival into our room. The bedcover was dirty with white stains all over the cover. I order room service after getting in a late flight and it took close to an 1 1/2 to come to my room. I had to call after an hour to see where it was. When it arrived it was cold and was not what was ordered. The pizza was plain and the ships just had Tomatoe sauce. I was to tired to wait for another order as it was way past midnight. The next day it was Anzac day and i was advised there was limited housekeeping. However Friday and Saturday I had to advise reception to have my room serviced after being out all day and returning past 2pm with the room still not done. The breakfast was poor quality in terms of temperature. The scrambled eggs and bacon was cold every morning the warmers are not sufficient. The bathrooms in the restaurant was not cleaned properly. The floor looked like they had not been washed for a while and it smelt like urine. There was slight improvement on the Sunday morning. I was extremely disappointed with this hotel compared to the other Accor venues i have stayed out.

Dear Princess, Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at The Adnate Perth - Art Series. I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. I will ask the restaurant team to start checking the temperatures on the breakfast buffet to see where the issues are, the toilets are cleaned three times a day so not sure what happened. The covers on the bed are a piece of Matt Adnate's artwork and is indeed full of white marks, this is part of the Art Series. Again, thank you for your feedback and I appreciate you sharing your concerns, we will learn from this and it will give us the opportunity to do better in the future. Sincerely, Maurits

1. check in process no info was given about our package - vouchers for drinks. we had a bill at the end and was asked if we used the vouchers. Looking bewildered and what vouchers look. Was waived at check out. 2. Parking ticket - No fees were told only that they would validate ticket - no mention about the $25 fee. We would have parked off street. This was perceived as the hotel validated tickets as a service for the guests only to be hit with the fee at check out. Not Good , Not happy 3. Amenities - toiletries in room was none, only the soap and shampoo. Perhaps a list in room of extras to call housekeeping e.g., pillow list, bathrobes slippers vanity pack sanitary pack. no one could understand what a sanitary bag was. 4. room wasn't made to after 3pm as we had come back lunch early afternoon still not made. which wasn't nice feeling after been out. 5. Great location to stay in the heart of the city easy access to tours, Swan River/Valley, and Kings Park

Stayed two nights in Perth and really chilled out after work at the Adnate. The breakfast is a hit and the happy hour bar vibe allowed some good chill out by the pool.

Comfortable stay in spacious rooms

We got the connecting room as we have 2 young kids and the rooms were spacious. Beds were comfortable and pillows were too. Will happily stay here again.

Unfortunately i have to stay at this hotel because of my work. I was fast asleep exhausted after a long day & I heard my room door open!! Someone was in my room at 2am!! I was totally in shock & shouted GET OUT! I called reception & they gave me some made up excuse that it was house keeping restocking the bars! This is total nonsense as it was 2am and this hotel doesn’t have bars in the room! The security here is not good, there’s no secondary latches or chains on the rooms so anyone can just walk inside at anytime. The swimming pool is tiny and everyone in the restaurant can watch you, so uncomfortable. The pillow are uncomfortable and many homeless people around the hotel. Avoid this hotel unsafe

Dear Arthur088, Thank you for your review and our apologies that your stay was not as expected. As we provided feedback to your company it was one of your own colleagues roaming around the corridors that night and we are not sure how that person got the key. We do have double locks on the door as provided in the crew information sheet. The homeless situation is all around Perth, our location is actually better than the rest of the CBD and we feel sorry that this is happening to them. Again our apologies that your stay was not as expected, and we do hope to see you back next time you fly to Perth. Kind regards Maurits
